Terms of Service

Prizvox (“the platform”, “the service”) is a website auditing and SEO intelligence tool operated by Chalk Theory Labs LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India. It is available at the domain we operate and through any associated API endpoints.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Prizvox. One person or organisation per account. You may not share your account credentials with others.

You may use Prizvox to audit websites that you own or for which you have explicit permission to conduct technical analysis. This includes:

• Your own websites and domains
• Websites belonging to clients who have engaged you as their agency or consultant
• Competitor websites for benchmarking purposes (read-only analysis; no data extraction at scale)

You may not use Prizvox to:

• Audit websites without authorisation from the website owner, where that analysis would breach the site’s terms of service
• Conduct denial-of-service activity, credential stuffing, or any form of attack against audited sites
• Circumvent our rate limits (10 audits per hour per IP address) through proxies, rotating IPs, or other means
• Resell access to the platform without our written permission
• Use automated scripts to extract data from the platform at scale ("scraping")
• Use the platform for any purpose that is unlawful under UK, EU, or applicable local law

Accounts found to be in violation are suspended without refund.

The platform enforces a limit of 10 audits per hour per IP address. This limit protects service quality for all users and prevents abuse of third-party APIs we pay for.

Prizvox requires a paid subscription. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Trial: New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access. A valid payment card is required to start the trial. You will not be charged until day 15. Cancel before day 15 and no charge is made.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied. Email legal@prizvox.com.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers. Price changes do not apply until your next renewal date after the notice period.

Prizvox uses Google Gemini to generate fix recommendations, executive summaries, and ROI impact estimates. These carry the following limitations:

• AI recommendations are not professional SEO, legal, or technical advice
• ROI estimates are indicative only. Actual results depend on implementation quality and factors the audit cannot measure
• The AI may produce outputs that are inaccurate, incomplete, or not applicable to your situation
• You are responsible for validating any AI recommendation before presenting it to a client or acting on it

Our IP: The Prizvox platform, codebase, design system, scoring methodology, and brand assets belong to Chalk Theory Labs LLP. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or reproduce any part without our written permission.

Your IP: Audit results, client data, and reports you generate belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to process that data so we can provide the service.

Feedback: If you share product feedback, we may use it to improve the platform without obligation or compensation to you.

We aim for high availability but do not provide a guaranteed uptime SLA. Planned maintenance will be announced with at least 24 hours’ notice where possible.

Audit results depend on third-party APIs (Google PageSpeed Insights, Chrome UX Report, Moz, Gemini, SerpApi). If any of those services go down temporarily, some audit modules may return partial results. We handle that as cleanly as possible, but we can't guarantee external providers' availability.

• Prizvox is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for the accuracy of scores or recommendations, or for decisions you make based on them

Nothing in this section limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

By you: Delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms. We will attempt to provide notice except where immediate termination is required to prevent harm.

On termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account recovery requests, after which it is deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating legal proceedings, contact us at legal@prizvox.com to attempt resolution in good faith.

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the law, our service, or our policies. We'll notify you by email and update the date at the top of this page. Carrying on using Prizvox after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
